In this issue:
As we approach the end of the year, it's easy to get into the mindset of lamenting all the things you *haven't* accomplished or experienced by year's end. We often feel as though the year has to live up to our expectations, and determine a good or bad year by whether or not we got what we wanted out of it.
As we close the book on 2025, I encourage you to look instead to that for which you should be thankful to the Lord. "10,000 Reasons" and "Evidence" have both been songs on my heart as I've approached the end of this year, and both take their cue from Psalm 103. I've included it at the bottom of our announcements for you to read along with today.
I pray along with you in thanks to the Lord for his goodness this year, and that we may be drawn ever closer to him in 2026. Happy New Year!
- Pastor Rob

Men’s Ministry Workday || 1/10/2026
Brothers, here’s a chance to make a real and immediate impact for the kingdom—right here at home. Matt Watson and the Men’s Ministry Team are calling on all Christian men to step up, lean in, and work shoulder to shoulder as we care for our church building and the ministry it supports.
We have several projects that need to get done, and your hands, your strength, and your willingness matter. This is more than a workday—it’s an opportunity to serve, to lead by example, and to invest in the place where God is shaping lives every week.
Whether you’re handy with tools or just ready to help, your presence makes a difference. Let’s show up, stand together, and get the job done—faithfully, joyfully, and with purpose.
Mark your calendar for Saturday, January 10, and come be part of something that strengthens our church family in a tangible way. We’ll see you there, ready to build, serve, and make an impact!

Psalm 103
Of David
Bless the Lord, O my soul,
and all that is within me,
bless his holy name!
Bless the Lord, O my soul,
and forget not all his benefits,
who forgives all your iniquity,
who heals all your diseases,
who redeems your life from the pit,
who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy,
who satisfies you with good
so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.
The Lord works righteousness
and justice for all who are oppressed.
He made known his ways to Moses,
his acts to the people of Israel.
The Lord is merciful and gracious,
slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love.
He will not always chide,
nor will he keep his anger forever.
He does not deal with us according to our sins,
nor repay us according to our iniquities.
For as high as the heavens are above the earth,
so great is his steadfast love toward those who fear him;
as far as the east is from the west,
so far does he remove our transgressions from us.
As a father shows compassion to his children,
so the Lord shows compassion to those who fear him.
For he knows our frame;
he remembers that we are dust.
As for man, his days are like grass;
he flourishes like a flower of the field;
for the wind passes over it, and it is gone,
and its place knows it no more.
But the steadfast love of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear him,
and his righteousness to children's children,
to those who keep his covenant
and remember to do his commandments.
The Lord has established his throne in the heavens,
and his kingdom rules over all.
Bless the Lord, O you his angels,
you mighty ones who do his word,
obeying the voice of his word!
Bless the Lord, all his hosts,
his ministers, who do his will!
Bless the Lord, all his works,
in all places of his dominion.
Bless the Lord, O my soul!
