We are a community of women who desire to flourish and bear fruit wherever God has planted us. We come from all stages and walks of life yet we have found we’re not all that different. We are each a work in progress, learning to trust the Lord daily, desiring authentic relationships with one another.

Second Sunday Yoga is for you and a friend.
Second Sunday Yoga is an opportunity for you to join in God’s plan to reach the lost by inviting your friend to a place that allows them to encounter the God of scripture while you both enjoy yoga!
Second Sunday is on the second Sunday of each month at 3:00 at The Springs gym (5500 So Southwood):
January 8, Feb 12, March 12, April 9, May 14
Second Sunday Yoga is a lively vinyasa style yoga class aimed at all levels. Modifications will be offered.
