Jerry CarlinSenior Pastor
Pastor Carlin has been part of The Springs since January, 1994. He earned his B.A. in communication from John Brown University, his Th.M in Bible Exposition from Dallas Seminary, and completed his Doctor of Ministries from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He and his wife Donna have three adult children. Jerry is our primary teaching pastor and provides leadership to staff and ministries.
Tom SemmelbeckPastor of Congregational Life
Tom has served as the Pastor of Congregational Life for The Springs since 2000. Prior to joining the staff, he was a Pastor of Evangelism and Discipleship at the Evangelical Free Church in Columbia, Missouri. Tom and his wife of over twenty-five years, Patti, have two adult children, Hannah and Ben.
David EvansWorship Minister
Lawson AlbeyMinister of Children and Family
Lawson Albey became our Minister of Children and Family in 2015. He oversees Kids’ Worship and Sunday Morning Classes as well as coordinating contact with parents of preschool and school age children. Lawson attended the University of Arkansas where he met his wife, Shay. Prior to coming to The Springs, he served as the Administration/Children’s pastor at Pathway Baptist Church in Fayetteville, AR.
Sharon McElwrathEarly Childhood Supervisor
Sharon has a true heart for instilling the love of Christ into the lives of children. With a dedication to leading little ones to Jesus, she has been serving on Children’s Ministries for over 5 years. She has a BA in English Literature from the State University of New York at Cortland. She and her husband, Tommy, have two children, Scarlette and Tytus.
Traci DialOffice Manager
Traci Dial came on staff in February of 2012 as our Office Manager. She has a B.S. in Elementary Education from Missouri State University and worked in the education field until she and her husband started their family. She and her husband, Preston, have been married for 15 years and have 2 children.
Treva SwadleyFinance Manager
Treva Swadley came on staff in September of 2011 as our bookkeeper. She has a B.S. in Computer Science from College of the Ozarks and worked in the computer field until their first child was born. Treva has been a bookkeeper for non-profit organizations since 2002. She and her husband Gary have been married 30 years and have 4 children.
